Review Process

Law Studies Journal applies a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to ensure the quality, validity, and academic integrity of published works.

  1. Initial Screening: The editorial team evaluates each submission for scope, originality, ethical compliance, and adherence to author guidelines.

  2. Reviewer Assignment: Manuscripts passing the initial screening are reviewed by at least two independent experts in the relevant field, with both authors and reviewers remaining anonymous.

  3. Review Decision: Based on reviewers’ recommendations, the editor may decide to accept the manuscript, request revisions (minor or major), or reject the submission.

  4. Revision and Final Decision: Authors are required to revise their manuscripts in accordance with reviewers’ comments. Final publication decisions rest with the Editor-in-Chief.

The peer-review process is conducted objectively, confidentially, and without conflicts of interest.
